SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Online orders and in-store orders are processed and dispatched within one week. The standard delivery fee for England, Scotland and Wales is £10. The standard delivery fee for Northern Ireland is £20. Orders to Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales Extra including extra large/heavy items will incur an additional £20 shipping and handling fee. Online orders over £40 can benefit of a free shipping discount on regularly sized items. Overweight/oversized items may have additional shipping costs calculated at checkout.

We will send an email confirmation, usually one or two days in advance, with the date and time of delivery.

In-store orders for the London area also have the option of a courier timed delivery. Fees vary depending on postcode and can be requested in store.

Plants are live products and we recommend to contact us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order or return it.

Cancellations will be accepted if made prior to receiving the despatch note. After the items are despatched, they can only be returned. Conservatory Archives does not cover return shipping costs unless the items are faulty.

After receiving your items, you have a period of 14 days to return your order. Please contact us first so we can advise on shipping live products safely, this may be different between species. As a general rule, please ensure the items are are packed in the same way as you received them and shipped with an equivalent provider.

For issues beyond our control, like pests and diseases, we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 14 days.

Click & Collect: you can collect your order from our Middleton Mews Garden Center (London N7), Lower Clapton Rd Store (E5) or Hackney Rd Store (E2), just select the option at checkout. Your order should be ready within 24hrs, dependig on each store's opening hours.

Workshops: bookings can be cancelled up to 48hrs before the workshop starts. After 48hrs Conservatory Archives is unable to process a refund. For any queries please contact: workshops@conservatoryarchives.co.uk
