Recognisable by its woody stem topped by a rigid rosette of sword-shaped, blue-green leaves, and their bright orange-red flowers emerging from a branching spike during spring.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWATERING\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWater thoroughly and regularly when soil is 100% dry during the spring\/summer months.
