Schefflera actinophylla 'Amate' Specimen 50 / 300

This particular specimen has thick woody stems, veering off to the side with a wide, lush canopy.

Native to the tropical rainforests of northern and northeastern Queensland coasts and the Northern Territory of Australia, Schefflera actinophylla 'Amate' is a hardy species with broad glossy green leaves. Palmately compound, the leaves are made up of smaller oblong leaflets which gently arch at the tips.

In S/S water when 30% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%.

Bright, indirect.

Use a houseplant fertiliser once a month from April - October.

Repot every 1-2 years. Use a well draining house plant compost with added draining medium like perlite.
