Shipping policy

Online orders and in-store orders are processed and dispatched within one week. The standard delivery fee is £15 for all orders. There are additional charges for specific oversized, overweight and delicate products; these are calculated at checkout.

Local hand delivery for £20 is available within the London area for orders that are fulfilled from a single location.

Due to stock availability, some orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations. This may double the standard delivery fee at checkout and hide the local hand delivery option in the London area. You can split the order by store availability which is visible within each product's page.

We will send an email confirmation, usually one or two days in advance, with the date and time of delivery.

In-store orders for the London area also have the option of a courier timed delivery. Fees vary depending on postcode and can be requested by email.

Receiving your plants

We recommend you carefully unwrap and inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if plants (or other items) arrive with any damages or issues. Please check our Return and Refund policy for any details.
