Collection: Bromeliaceae
The Bromeliaceae more commonly known as bromeliads are a family of flowering plants. They often grow in a rosette with water captured between the leaves, which acts as a habitat for other organisms. Members of the Bromeliaceae grow on the ground, the branches of trees and from the cracks in rocks. The Bromeliaceae can be found in a large variety of habitats across the Americas including rainforests, deserts and mountainous regions.
