Aeschynanthus 'Rasta'
Growing as trailing epiphytes in their natural habitat, Aeschynanthus ‘Rasta' produces long cascading stems with fleshy curly leaves. Species within this genus are commonly called ‘Lipstick plant’, due to their vibrant blooms which emerge in shades of red resembling the shape of a lipstick.
Watering
In S/S water when 40% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 60%.
Light requirements
Bright, indirect.
Feed
Use a house plant fertiliser every month between April - September.
Repotting
Repot every 2-3 years to replenish the soil.
