Crassula ovata 'Gollum'

This plump succulent shrub is similar to the distinct Crassula ovata, with thick woody stems, however the 'Gollum' variety has intriguing tube-like leaves which have a small opening at their tips. 

Watering

In summer water thoroughly only when 100% of the soil has dried out. A/W allow soil to dry 100% - water sparingly (every two months). In spring gradually increase watering - depending on temperature and light exposure.

Light requirements

Bright.

Feed

Use a succulent fertiliser 4-6 times from April - September.

Repotting

Can stay in the same pot for a number of years. If it outgrows its pot, use a very well draining cacti and succulent compost with an added drainage medium like perlite.
