Dischidia oiantha
A semi-succulent epiphytic beauty, the Dischidia oiantha grows in the little nooks and niches of tree trunks and branches. They are clever little things, with their stems producing small aerial roots that absorb both nutrients and water from the air. While they are semi-succulent, they don’t like to dry out as much as the classic succulent, so water when the top couple of centimetres of soil dries out.
Watering
In summer water thoroughly only when 100% of the soil has dried out. A/W allow soil to dry 100% - water sparingly (every two months). In spring gradually increase watering - depending on temp and light exposure.
