Epipremnum aureum

An easy-going species and tolerant of low-light conditions, Epipremnum aureum is well-known for being a good introduction to climbing plants. Full, lush leaves that can grow to epic proportions in its native habitat are flecked with golden tones and can be trained to climb if the vine is given support or a frame.

Watering

In S/S water when 30% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%.

Light requirements

Bright, indirect.

Feed

Use a houseplant fertiliser once a month from April - October.

Repotting

Repot every two years to give the roots more space to grow and to replenish the soil. Use a well draining house plant compost with 20% added draining medium like perlite, grit or hydroleca.
