Watering
In summer water thoroughly only when 100% of the soil has dried out. A/W allow soil to dry 100% - water sparingly (every two months). In spring gradually increase watering - depending on temperature and light exposure.

Use a well balanced cactus feed every month from April - September.
Repotting
Repot this plant every two years to replenish the soil and to allow extra room for the roots to spread out. Use a cactus compost with added drainage such as perlite.
