Haworthia truncata
‘Horse’s teeth’ is one way to describe this unique little succulent. The Haworthia truncata has grey, green leaves which are tightly packed together and full of water. A real beauty.
Watering
Water thoroughly and regularly when soil is 100% dry during the spring/summer months. Refrain from watering during the winter months.
Light requirements
Full sun.
Feed
Use a cactus fertiliser 3 times between March - November.
Repotting
This species can live in the same pot for several years. Repotting may only be necessary once every 2-3 years (or longer), once roots begin to protrude out of the drainage holes. Use a well draining cactus compost, adding extra drainage medium such as perlite, pumice or grit.
