Homalomena wallisii 'Camouflage'

The Homalomena genus, a member of the Araceae family, is found in tropical and sub-tropical parts of southern Asia. This unusual Homalomena grows velvety elliptic leaves, which delicately unfurl to reveal a detailed camouflage pattern of deep and pale green with splashes of yellow.

Watering

In S/S water when 20% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%. A high humidity lover, so mist often.

Light requirements

Bright, indirect.

Feed

Use a houseplant fertiliser every two months from April - October.

Repotting

Repot every 2-3 years when pot is full. Use a well draining house plant compost with added draining medium like perlite.
