Philodendron verrucosum
Rare, highly sought-after and a treasured addition to any collection, the Philodendron verrucosum has finally arrived. Luxuriantly rich and velvety dark green foliage is streaked with bright neon green and embellished with dark red undersides. These perfectly formed heart shaped leaves sit atop bendy, inquisitive hairy stems that love to move and climb. If you give these curious climbers a moss pole to attach to, they will grow taller, stronger and produce bigger, even more striking leaves.
Watering
In S/S water when 20% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%.
Light requirements
Bright, indirect.
Feed
Use a houseplant fertiliser every two months from April - October.
Repotting
Repot every 2-3 years when pot is full. Use a well draining house plant compost with added draining medium like perlite.
